International Shipping

Bigacover is shipping worldwide covering North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania, and more. We employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives at your destination safely and securely. We offer as many shipping methods as possible, including FBA, DHL, FedEx and EMS, etc. We hold a large stock of all types, your orders will be confirmed within 24 hours after placing an order. Domestic orders are always shipped for the fastest delivery times but rare exceptions may occur based on stock shortage - because of which we may have to ship from a different warehouse, such as a Hong Kong warehouse.

International orders are shipped from any of our warehouses, whichever offers the fastest delivery time.

FBA: It will take about 1–3 Working Days delivery to you.
EMS: It will take about 5–7 Working Days delivery to you.
DHL: It will take about 3–5 Working Days delivery to you.
FedEx: It will take about 5–7 Working Days delivery to you.

Shipping Cost

We are free shipping to the USA, and so on. There is a $15 shipping fee to Canada Standard Shipping. We use unified standard shipping—no matter how many goods are in the purchase order, shipping is charged once at no added weight fee.

Please note: The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to a value-added tax (VAT) or import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

These charges must be paid for by the recipient. bigacover.com has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they might be.

Orders will be shipped out within 1–3 days; these are our standard shipping times excluding weekends. If you place an order on the weekend, we will begin fulfilling orders on the next business day.

Shipping Tracking

If a member has successfully ordered Bigacover goods, you can visit:
My Account > Orders, find the corresponding order number, check order status, check the delivery status of orders in the order state, go to the logistics company’s website, input the tracking number, and you will be presented with the tracking information.

Expedited shipping is not offered to P.O. Box addresses.
We do not offer overnight shipping.
